fitted black fascia, black soffit, and black seamless aluminium gutters in cabinteely dublin today.
We had to do it before the insulation was fitted to the exterior.
It took one day to complete and the customer is very happy with the job.
We fitted underfelt support tray first, and sealed the side apex to prevent water infiltration which is known to cause dampness in the upstairs rooms.

Birds in the attic
Almost Finished a house in leopardstown today except we found birds in the attic.we will have to go back when the birds have flown to block off a gap we left in order for them to leave the nest and escape the attic.
This is the nesting season and it's a usual occurrence to find birds nest just under the tiles and in the soffit.
If you have any questions call Bernard at 0876798691.

Aluminium fascia and soffit Dublin
Got Asked today if we could supply something more environmentally friendly than PVC?
The answer of course is aluminium fascia soffit and
gutters. Aluminium is fully recyclable, doesn't fade, and colour matches perfectly.

fascia soffit gutters in castleknock dublin
this week we fitted brown soffit, white fascia and black gutters to a house in castleknock woods in dublin.
It was an unusual request, it's only the second time we have had to fit three different colours to the one house, but the clients wanted to keep it the same colour as the original so we were happy to oblige.
It looked well when finished.
